1.Can I exchange or return the shoes I purchased from www.omysole.com
at your retail stores?

<Currently we do not offer franchise opportunity to the public. O'
MY SOLE owns and operates all stores in the United States and in Seoul,Korea>
3. Within how many days may I return or exchange shoes
that I purchased from your retail store?
<Unused items or manufactures' defects may be exchanged for store
credit or other shoes only within 30 days of purchase. You must have a
valid receipt. No Cash or Credit Card refunds.>
4. How can I Contact customer service?

5.What are your business hours?
<Our business hours vary per store location. Please call and ask our
sales associate you would like to visit for store business hour.>
6. Do you close on Sunday or national holidays?
<No. we are open 7 days a week. Some of our locations might be closed
during the national holidays. Please call and ask our sales associate
before you visit our store during the holidays.>
7. How can I find the items on sale?

8. Do you accept personal checks?
<Yes. we do accept personal checks. We require your valid ID card.
The checks will be electronically processed through a check guarantee
service called Telecheck. A returned item will cost you $25.00.>
9. Do you accept Travelers' Checks?
<Yes. we do accept Travelers' Checks. We require your valid ID card.
The Travelers' Checks need to be signed in front of cashier.>
